It is free and can be downloaded by anyone who wishes to adopt environmentally responsible practices.

Addressed to all Quebec productions, regardless of their size or type, from variety productions to Hollywood megaproductions, it will provide them with concrete courses of action as well as references for reducing their impact on the environment.
