No, \u201cRolling Green\u201d accreditation is valid only for the specific production for which it was requested and certifies the measures implemented for that shoot only.
In the case of a series, the accreditation is therefore valid only for one season and not for the entire series.
That\u2019s why it\u2019s important to always specify the season when you fill out your application form.<\/p>\n
[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”For a TV series, can I receive the accreditation logo before filming is complete and the accreditation form is filled out?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n
Recognizing the realities and challenges of distribution, we have implemented a solution better suited to TV series. This varies depending on the level you are aiming for; here are the steps to follow:<\/p>\n
For the Commitment and Performance levels:<\/span><\/p>\n For the Excellence Level:<\/span><\/p>\n The process is the same, but we also ask that you arrange a set visit. The visit allows us to conduct an initial audit of what has been put in place for the first few episodes.<\/p>\n You will then receive a temporary certificate, featuring the Commitment Level logo, which you may include in your credits if you wish.<\/p>\n Once filming is complete, you must complete the process according to the level you are aiming for.<\/p>\n At that point, we will conduct a final evaluation of your application to determine the level achieved. We will promote your accreditation based on the final level obtained.<\/p>\n There are no additional fees. You pay only once, for the level you are aiming for.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”I am a production company based outside of Quebec. Can I have my productions accredited?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n Yes, it is entirely possible to have your productions accredited; you can follow the standard accreditation process. [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”How long does it take to review my application?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n Our project review period is 15 days. Please let us know when your application is complete by sending an email to info@ontournevert.com. [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”How long do I have to submit my application after filming wraps up?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n We do not impose a deadline, but we recommend that you do so promptly so that the supporting documents remain accessible and up-to-date.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Who should fill out the accreditation form?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n The person in charge of environmental responsibility during filming or a member of the green committee.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”I\u2019d like to change my accreditation level, but I\u2019ve already submitted an application. Is that possible?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n If you\u2019d like to switch to a higher level:<\/p>\n From \u201cCommitment\u201d to \u201cPerformance\u201d:<\/span> This is possible if you request it early enough in the process (while filming is still underway).<\/p>\n From \u201cPerformance\u201d to \u201cExcellence\u201d:<\/span> This is only possible if filming is still underway and you notify us early enough for us to schedule a set visit.<\/p>\n In all cases, we will bill you for the new amount.<\/p>\n If you wish to downgrade to a lower level<\/span>:<\/p>\n This is possible, but we do not refund accreditation fees. Each level has a specific rate based on the associated workload; we do not refund fees for level changes during filming.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Is the on-set visit mandatory?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n The on-set visit is a mandatory requirement for qualifying for the \u201cExcellence\u201d level. It should be scheduled as far in advance as possible.<\/p>\n It can also be conducted virtually\u2014for environmental and economic reasons\u2014when the filming location is too far from our offices in Montreal. This in no way diminishes the importance of the visit, which serves as a second audit.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”Do I have the right to use the \u201cRolling Green\u201d logo anywhere?” _builder_version=”4.27.8″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]<\/p>\n No, \u201cRolling Green\u201d is a trademark of the QFTC, and use of the logo is not royalty-free.<\/p>\n You may use the \u201cRolling Green\u201d logo to publicize and promote your accreditation. Your accreditation level must have been validated by the \u201cRolling Green\u201d team. You may include the logo, along with the level achieved, in the credits of your production or on communication materials.<\/p>\n The logo must be used in its original form, without any changes to color, proportions, effects, or graphic elements.<\/p>\n You may not use the general \u201cRolling Green\u201d logo without written permission.
