THE 2024 ROLLING GREEN RENDEZ-VOUS
March 26, 2024 – cinémathèque québécoise
On March 26, 2024, over 150 industry members from all walks of life gathered at the Cinémathèque québécoise for the first-ever Rolling Green Rendez-vous.
The day began with a symbolic gathering of all Quebec broadcasters to express their commitment to a more sustainable industry. This was followed by a series of panels covering a variety of captivating topics, such as “Shaping the sustainable future of visual effects and animation”, “Facing the climate crisis, an environmental and social challenge”, “Training for eco-responsible production in post-secondary education”, and “First steps towards a sustainable digital future”. These fascinating discussions were accompanied by a collaborative workshop and a screening of the accredited short film “The last Rhino”, produced by La Créative Films.
